primary goal of the National OBD Clearing House Member Forum is to facilitate
the timely and accurate exchange of information between vehicle emissions
Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) administrators and automobile industry
representatives. This section has limited access and will be used
to identify issues and facilitate and document problem resolution between
members. We encourage you to test the concept and let us know
