CAST and the Environmental Protection Agency are excited to host the OBD II Technical Training Course at Weber State University Tuesday May 12th - the 15th. This comprehensive review of OBD Technology will include hands-on vehicle exercises and an in-depth discussion of several components of a vehicles OBD system. New Course

New Course available from CAST at WSU: Enhancing OBD I/M program enforcement using OBD data. This 16-hour workshop details OBD I/M program retrievable on-vehicle data useful in determining fraudulent OBD I/M testing. Scan tool service modes $01-$09 are discussed with newly regulated, OBD I/M applicable, additional data that is identified, defined and explained from an OBD I/M program enforcement standpoint. On-vehicle scan tool exercises are used to reinforce classroom discussion. Individuals interested in taking this course should contact the Dennis Miller (dennismiller@mail.weber.edu).
